Samsung’s Galaxy A7, Bigger Screen – More Processing Power

In October 2014, Samsung launched two of their smaller siblings A5 and A3. Just after two months, Samsung is now coming out with a new phablet Galaxy A7. Korean electronics makers claim that it will comes at very competitive price point in 2015. The Galaxy A7 has a metal frame. However, it is bigger with a 5.5-inch high-definition AMOLED display and has more computing power as it combines two separate quad-core processors. Battery is of 2,600 mAh, but still maintains a thickness of only 6.3 mm. the mobile phone accessories like batteries and frames making A7 actually thinner than the A5 and A3.

The mobile phone A7 runs on Android 4.4, has the latest technology of 4G LTE connectivity, 13 megapixel camera, 5 megapixel front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB storage and microSD card slot if you want to add more memory. Samsung Company still did not comment on the A7 availability and price. The smaller versions of Galaxy A5 and A3 along with their mobile phone accessories actually launched to target the Chinese market where it was facing the very high competition with vendors like Lenovo and Xiaomi.

The last year was not good for the Samsung so they decided to regain their position with introducing the lower cost advance mobile phone and mobile phone accessories in the market. Samsung lost market share 32% globally in the third quarter of 2014, according to research firm Gartner. The company’s phone shipments dropped to 73 million in the third quarter of 2013. So in the 4th quarter of 2014, company profit overall drop by 37% and they are facing still the challenges from Chinese players.

Basically, Galaxy A series is come up to help Samsung regain its position. These Mobile Phone accessories use a metal frame design and S5 flagship device. This phablet would be a cheaper alternative to Galaxy Note 4.
